Eastern District of New York. Prior to founding the firm, Thomas
was a partner in a major insurance defense firm in Manhattan. He
is a 1980 graduate of St. John’s Law School, where he was
a member of the Moot Court, Executive Director of the Criminal Law
Institute and recipient of the Corpus Juris Secundum Award for Significant
Legal Scholarship. A member of the American Bar Association, New
York State Trial Lawyers Association and Nassau County Bar Association,
Thomas frequently addresses members of the insurance industry on
timely topics of interest. He resides in Long Beach, New York with
his wife, Wendie, and son, Charlie.
